Damages and issues
Good Smile items like Nendoroids, Figma, etc. with defected parts (paint defect, loose joint/s, missing parts, etc.) may directly contact Good Smile Company for possible replacement (https://partner.goodsmile.info/support/eng/inquiry/).
For other figures (Figuarts, Banpresto, SEGA and other similar items) with defects (paint defect, loose joint/s, missing parts, deformed figure, etc.) , please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the defect and proof of purchase so we can forward to the local distributor for possible replacement (case to case basis).
Box and tape damages will not be entertained. The box is there to protect the figure itself. It is completely normal for the box to have dents, creases, or loose tape during shipping. We will try our best to provide you with the best box condition from our stocks.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
BANDAI Plastic Model Kits with defected runners and/or missing parts cannot be replaced and/or returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
For pre-order items, payments cannot be refunded and/or transferred to a different item IF the customer wishes to cancel his/her order.
- We will only refund your payment IF the item you ordered has been canceled by the local distributor (example: Manufacturer cancels the figure itself or the local distributor canceled due to Manufacture MOQ not being met).
- Items with delayed arrival are NOT eligible for refund and/or transfer of payment.
For onhand items, we do not accept any refund/return request except if the customer received the wrong item from us.
